Terms of Service
Last updated 29 October 2026 · Between you and SavanaPoint
The short version
- Meisy drafts; you decide. Read what Meisy prepares before you approve it. You're responsible for what you send.
- Your content stays yours.
- Tell people when Meisy is listening, and follow the law where you record.
- Experimental features, like WhatsApp, can stop working at any time.
1. The service
Meisy is a macOS app that helps you prepare for meetings, follow them and act on them, using the accounts and AI providers you connect. By downloading or using Meisy you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Meisy for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Meisy on Macs you control. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 16. Keep your Mac and sign-in methods secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. AI output and approvals
Meisy uses AI models that can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Briefings, summaries, insights and drafts are suggestions. Check them before you rely on them, especially for legal, financial or medical matters.
Actions that reach other people or change your accounts, such as sending an email or adding an event, happen only when you approve them or when you've given Meisy a limited permission. You are responsible for actions you approve or permit.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your meetings, messages, files and anything Meisy creates for you. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content to train AI models. You confirm you have the right to give Meisy access to the content you connect.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Meisy to:
- record or transcribe people without the notice or consent the law requires;
- send spam or messages people haven't asked for;
- break the law or the rules of the services you connect;
- harass, deceive or harm anyone;
- interfere with Meisy or try to get around its security.
6. Other services and experimental features
Gmail, Google Calendar, AI providers, MCP servers and WhatsApp are run by other companies under their own terms. If you use your own AI key, that provider bills you directly. We're not responsible for those services or for changes they make.
WhatsApp support is experimental and is not offered by or affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. It links Meisy as a companion device, may stop working without notice, and you use it at your own risk.
7. Price
There is no charge to use this website. We'll publish the price of the Meisy app before it's available, and tell you at least 30 days before any change.
8. Warranty and liability
Meisy is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Meisy in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
9. Ending, changes, law and contact
You can stop using Meisy and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it. Your data on your Mac remains yours.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where SavanaPoint is established.
