Prepare, meet, follow up.
Meisy is an assistant for your Mac. It briefs you before a meeting, listens with you during it, and drafts the follow-up after. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Works with the tools your meetings already live in.
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
- Files on your Mac
- WhatsApp experimental
- Other AI apps via MCP
Before, during, after.
Meisy reads what you allow it to read, then works with you at the three moments that decide how a meeting goes.
- 1 · Before
A briefing, ready when you are
Who's coming, what they asked for last time, and what you promised. Every point links to the email or meeting it came from.
- 2 · During
A quiet companion in the notch
Meisy transcribes the call as it happens and speaks up only when it matters: a question you meant to ask, a number someone got wrong.
- 3 · After
Decisions, tasks and the follow-up
A summary of what was decided, tasks with owners and dates, and the email to send. You read it, change what you want, and send.
Meisy writes it. You press Send.
Emails, messages and calendar invites wait for you. You see exactly who gets what before anything leaves your Mac.
- See before it happens. Recipients, subject, attachments and what can't be undone.
- Give limited permission. “Send follow-ups to the Lusotrans team until Friday.” Withdraw it any time.
- Every action is logged. What was done, when, and who approved it.
- Supervised
- Meisy asks before every action that reaches other people.
- Controlled
- Routine, reversible steps run on their own. Anything sent still waits for you.
- Delegated
- Meisy acts within the limited permissions you give it, and logs everything.
Invisible when you share your screen.
The Companion is drawn for you only. In a screen share or a recording, the people on the call see your slides, not Meisy.
Your work stays on your Mac.
Meetings, messages and files are stored locally. Meisy sends text or meeting audio to the AI provider you choose only when it needs it, with your own key. Read the Privacy Policy.
Stored locally
Transcripts, summaries and memory live in a database on your Mac. Meeting audio is deleted once it's transcribed.
Keys in the Keychain
Passwords and API keys are kept by macOS, never in plain files.
Your AI, your choice
Use Claude, OpenAI or Gemini with your own key, and set a monthly limit.
You set how long
Transcripts are deleted after the number of days you choose.
Questions
Does Meisy send anything on its own?
No. Emails, messages and invites wait for your approval, unless you give Meisy a limited permission for a specific person and time. You can withdraw it in Settings.
Does it record my meetings?
Meisy transcribes only while the Companion shows “Listening”. Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and deleted from your Mac afterwards. Let the other people know, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Which AI does it use?
Claude by default for writing and reasoning, and OpenAI for meeting transcription. You can add a Gemini key too, and Meisy falls back between providers.
Will people on the call see Meisy?
No. The Companion is excluded from screen sharing and screen recording.
Is WhatsApp supported?
As an experiment. You link it like WhatsApp Web, with a QR code, and can unlink it at any time.
What do I need?
A Mac with macOS 13 or later. Gmail and Google Calendar are optional.
